Summary
We are seeking a Surveyor to join our team at Flair Window Installations. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with building regulations. The Surveyor will play a key role in supporting our growth by providing expert assessments and recommendations.
Company van provided with a fuel card (business expenses only)
Responsibilities
Conduct site surveys to assess project requirements and specifications.
Prepare detailed reports based on survey findings to guide product installation.
Provide accurate measurements and installation instructions
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Ensure compliance with building regulations and industry standards during assessments.
Work closely with the production team to relay survey information for accurate product fabrication.
Utilize schematics and technical drawings to inform decision-making on site.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Surveyor or in a similar role within the construction or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of building regulations and compliance standards.
Technical knowledge relating to construction and glazing
Proficient in using power tools and surveying equipment.
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
Full UK driving license.
