We are seeking a motivated and talented

Assistant Graphic Design Manager

to join our Brand, Creative & Social team. Reporting directly to the Senior Creative & Digital Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing the brand's design vision and ensuring exceptional quality across all creative outputs. You will work across a diverse range of projects, including packaging, digital banners, infographics, social media, large-scale print projects, POS and more -- supporting both the Dr. Barbara Sturm brand and our global wholesale accounts.

What you'll get to do

Own and deliver day-to-day design tasks and special project briefs from concept to completion, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with business objectives. Implement brand assets across digital and social channels, physical environments (Spa & Boutiques, wholesale retail), packaging, promotional materials, events, and campaigns to create seamless brand experiences. Design and deliver print-ready artwork including pack design, promotional, and press artwork. Develop engaging infographics and imagery aimed at educating and inspiring customers. Design in-store graphic treatments, including POS and VM collateral. Support Digital Designers in creating online collateral for email and website platforms. Effectively managing and prioritising multiple design projects. Work closely with organic and paid social teams to maintain a premium visual identity and support follower growth and engagement. Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all projects meet premium design standards and deliverables. Generate fresh, trend-forward design ideas that captivate and align with brand positioning. Maintain excellent attention to layout, typography, and detail within brand guidelines. Lead and support junior members of the design team by inspiring and motivating them, while guiding them to meet deadlines and effectively manage their daily responsibilities.

3-5 years' experience as an in-house digital/graphic designer or at a design agency, preferably within the luxury beauty or fashion sectors. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator; retouching and photo editing experience is a plus. Experience working with luxury e-commerce brands highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in visual communication, graphic design, or equivalent experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical, with strong time management skills. Skilled in preparing print-ready files, from small formats to large out-of-home (OOH) advertising. Strong understanding of digital design, user engagement, and conversion metrics. Ability to concept, develop, and produce a wide range of creative materials. Comfortable managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. A positive team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Organized and structured, ensuring all creative work is easily accessible to the team.
