to join our growing team of service engineers. You'll be working alongside our other service engineers across a large number of our commercial client sites across the North West, the Midlands, & North Wales.
This is a fully remote role and requires a full UK driving licence.
This role will support the effective, efficient, and safe delivery of our client services by attending client sites to conduct planned and reactive maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have previous drainage experience, and will be familiar with assisting in a drain survey team. They will have knowledge of using pushrod cameras and crawler camera systems, and can carry out high-pressure water jetting tasks where required.

Hours & Location of Work:
Main location
- this is a fully mobile role covering the North West, the Midlands, & North Wales.
Regular hours of work
- Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm, a
42.5 hour
working week.
Whilst this is our company standard working week, our clients sometimes require 'out of hours' work. Early starts, late finishes and weekend work is to be expected.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
Essential:
Minimum 1 years' drainage experience
Working knowledge of drainage systems
Confident problem solver
Excellent communication skills
Sound understanding and experience of meeting Health and Safety obligations
Desirable:
Manual Handling
First Aid
Confined Space Entry certified
Asbestos Awareness certified
CSCS Card
Working knowledge of unblocking drainage systems
Responsibilities include:
Working on commercial and industrial sites, assisting with carrying out drain surveys and carrying out the basic maintenance of CCTV survey equipment.
Providing accurate timesheet information to designated timeframes.
Supporting drainage and contract teams with meeting SLA's by attending client premises within the required time frame.
Supporting Thermatic in maintaining positive client relationships through on-site interactions with representatives and client customers.
Escalating any major site issues or incidents via the appropriate channels, and within required timeframes.
