M30 Property Maintenance Ltd is a growing business based in Manchester. We're a tight-knit team who take pride in our work and look out for each other -- more like a small family than a company. We're now looking for a skilled individual (or two-man team) who can handle drainage work and also turn their hand to general building tasks such as knock-throughs and other property renovation work.

About the Role

You'll be working on a range of property maintenance and renovation jobs across the North West, mainly residential properties. We need someone reliable who can get stuck in and work independently or as part of our team.

Key Requirements

Experience with domestic drainage work (repairs, installations, unblocking, etc.) Able to carry out general building and structural work (e.g., knock-throughs, reinstatements, etc.) Own van and full set of tools Based in or near Manchester Able to work independently and take initiative Punctual, trustworthy, and hardworking
