Job Description

We are a busy, fast-paced and growing drainage company looking to appoint an experienced CCTV Surveying Manager to take ownership of our expanding CCTV surveying division. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a developing section within the business, and grow alongside our family principles.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing all CCTV survey works from initial enquiry through to quote and final report. Acting as the main point of contact for survey-related matters, you will support both our CCTV surveyors and clients while ensuring all work is delivered to a high professional standard.

Key Responsibilities

Reviewing and quality-checking CCTV survey engineers' job cards, footage, and reports before issue to clients
Managing and producing CCTV reports using WinCan
Preparing quotations based on survey findings, footage, job cards, and recommendations
Responding to client email enquiries relating to CCTV surveys and drainage investigations
Overseeing CCTV survey, cleaning, and lining projects ranging from small domestic works to large commercial schemes
Managing pre-site surveys including domestic pre-purchase reports, commercial surveys, and full Section 104 adoption surveys
Supporting and advising on remedial strategies including cleaning, CIPP resin patch lining, and continuous lining works
About You

Proven experience in CCTV drainage surveys
Strong working knowledge of WinCan reporting software
Experience with CIPP resin patch lining and continuous lining
Good understanding of drainage defects, repair methodologies, and survey interpretation
Knowledge of WRC 5th Edition coding desirable
Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Confident communicator with a professional approach to clients
