A M Planned Maintenance is a leading provider of Building maintenance solutions, dedicated to delivering high-quality services to retail, hospitality and commercial clients. We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Drainage Engineer with Plumbing Experience to join us.

Job Responsibilities:

Carry out drainage investigations, repairs, and maintenance.

Diagnose and resolve drainage issues using CCTV surveys, jetting, and excavation.

Monthly, Quarterly and annual Descale of drainage systems (Overnight)

Perform general plumbing work, including pipe repairs, installations, and leak detection.

Respond to emergency callouts and provide timely solutions.

Work closely with customers to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.

Maintain and service drainage and plumbing equipment.

Adhere to health and safety guidelines and industry standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Drainage Engineer with plumbing skills.

Knowledge of drainage systems, jetting, and CCTV drain surveys.

Plumbing experience needed.

Ability to diagnose and repair drainage and plumbing issues effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Full UK driving licence.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
