What You'll Be Doing

We're seeking drainage specialists with strong skills in installation and external works. Your responsibilities will include:

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and site documentation Setting up and using trench boxes, drag boxes, and manhole boxes safely Installing drainage with precision using pipe lasers Laying concrete, clay, and plastic pipes of all sizes, including correct bedding, surrounds, and testing Managing groundwater, including pump selection and setup Backfilling trenches and benching manholes to a high standard Working safely around live services with strong service avoidance awareness Delivering external works including kerbs, edgings, slabs, and block paving Applying detailed knowledge of materials for drainage, road construction, kerbing, and landscaping Completing daily plant safety inspections and maintenance checks

What We're Looking For

CSCS Skilled Worker card

(or equivalent qualification)

5+ years' experience

in groundworks and drainage (desirable) Additional CPCS/NPORS tickets (Telehandlers, Dumpers, Rollers) - desirable
Experience leading or working within drainage gangs/teams
