Drainage Operatives

to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality construction projects. If you're skilled, proactive, and ready to contribute to a dynamic workforce, we want to hear from you.

Essential Role Requirements:

Valid CSCS Card Strong experience in drainage (internal and external), ensuring safe and level areas are created for setting up site drainage systems Competent in external works, including slabs, kerbs, and edgings Able to dig footings and concrete Skilled in banking and working with 360 Machines and Dumpers Confident in reading and understanding levels and drawings Competent in carrying out daily pre-start plant safety inspections/maintenance checks and reporting requirements to site management (Dumpers/Rollers) Experienced working around live services and applying safe service avoidance techniques Proactive and able to manage time effectively

Desirable:

Additional CPCS/NPORS tickets (Telehandlers, Dumpers, Rollers)
5+ years' experience in drainage or groundwork roles Experienced working as part of gangs/teams (highly desirable for this role)

General Expectations:

Reliable, punctual, and committed Able to work well with other trades and operatives on site Supports programme delivery and project deadlines Right to work in the UK
