We are seeking a versatile and dedicated Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with maintenance, assembly, and installation projects, ensuring safety and quality standards are met at all times. Responsibilities
Assist with the assembly, installation, and maintenance of equipment and infrastructure.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment safely and effectively.
Perform welding tasks following safety protocols and technical specifications.
Conduct basic plumbing repairs and installations as required.
Use carpentry skills for framing, fitting, or repairing structures.
Carry out heavy lifting tasks safely to move materials or equipment.
Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and perform repairs.
Utilise basic maths skills for measurements, calculations, and estimations during projects.
Support in the use of commercial driving vehicles for transportation of materials or equipment when necessary.
Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
Proven experience or training in welding, plumbing, carpentry, or mechanical trades is preferred.
Competence in using hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
Basic understanding of mathematics relevant to measurement and calculations in trade work.
Valid driving licence suitable for commercial driving tasks is advantageous but not essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety standards at all times.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements.
Previous experience in assembly or related roles is desirable but not mandatory.
