Drama Students and Graduates - Work in Education
Protocol Education are recruiting confident and passionate Drama Students and Graduates to support secondary schools near you across South Bristol and North Somerset. Your work will be fully flexible, as you choose when and where you work. This is a fantastic opportunity to build well-regarded transferable skills, improve your confidence and professionalism, and network within the education sector to springboard into a future career in education. You'll step into the classroom either as support staff or supply, contributing to lessons and ensuring students stay motivated, supported, and on track with their learning. What the job looks like:

• Confidently delivering pre-planned English lessons, creating a culture of motivation and positivity
• Managing behaviour in line with school policies, with both consistency and warmth
• Supporting students with professionalism, encouragement, and patience
• Collecting and organising completed work for the use of the classroom teacher
• Reporting back on learning progress and behaviour for the use of the classroom teacher

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
