One of the largest part time theatre schools in the midlands, we are a significant local employer and have been open for 19 years, 10 under current ownership and management. We teacher dance, drama and singing in equal lessons to ages 2-18.
The role:
Sunday mornings: 10:10 - 13:00
Location - Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands.
Commencing - September 2025. (With onboarding process during August)

The ideal candidate must meet the following ESSENTIAL criteria;
Experience working with children (ideally in a performing arts or relevant environment.)
Demonstrable skill/knowledge and training in acting.
Understanding and knowledge of current safeguarding and child protection practice
Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and obtain a Chaperone Licence if not already in possession of
The personality and character that screams warmth, positivity, bubbly and friendliness with a can-do approach and an attitude in-keeping with our values of trustworthiness, honesty, openness and being a fab new team member.
Passionate about theatre and passionate about working with young people within a theatre setting.
The ideal candidate may also meet the following DESIRABLE criteria;
Previous experience working within a part time theatre school
An additional arts / theatre industry skill
Have a relevant performing arts / education qualification, eg. BTEC, A Level, Degree, ISTD, BTDA,
Experience directing for shows.
