Role Overview
We are expanding our design team and seeking a talented CAD Engineer with a passion for technology and innovation. This is a pure design role--no procurement responsibilities--focused on creating accurate, detailed drawings for bespoke engineering projects. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow into senior positions such as Senior CAD Engineer or Design Manager, with full support and guidance from management.

Key Responsibilities
Produce high-quality 2D and 3D CAD designs for mechanical process and structural equipment.
Create detailed fabrication drawings for steelwork and bespoke products using AutoCAD .
Interpret design standards and regulations to inform proposals.
Conduct site surveys and liaise with clients and suppliers as needed.
Collaborate with fabricators during manufacturing to ensure design accuracy.
Attend design meetings (on-site, client offices, or via video conference).
Ensure designs are cost-effective and structurally sound.
Skills & Experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential).
Strong background in fabrication drawings, ideally in steel fabrication or architectural metalwork.
Understanding of manufacturing technologies, processes, and installation procedures.
Site surveying experience (preferred).
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
