Rossi Stoneworks are experts in stone fabrication and installation. We specialise in bespoke stone kitchen worktops. Established for 25 years we have a wonderful client base and a reputation for providing the highest quality products and service.

We are looking for a draughtsman who is happy to work in a small manufacturing company, someone who is a good communicator and happy to work in a close knit team.

Job Summary:

Importing files from our digital templater and consolidating these with site notes on AutoCAD, converting them to production drawings Measuring up physical templates and drawing them up in AutoCAD Managing revisions both within AutoCAD and our internal CRM - Moraware Generating Production drawings using your CAD drawings Occasionally mocking up cutting simulations on AutoCAD/Sketchup Communicating at all levels from the workshop to our customers Using excellent attention to detail to ensure projects are drawn to spec Working conscientiously: looking out for and flagging any potential issues as you draw up the templates Estimating - pricing up jobs for customers from their sketches/drawings Dealing confidently and professionally with face to face and telephone enquiries Organising and maintaining stone samples in house, keeping these organised and up to date Make sure drawings are prepared and approved in time, keep track of jobs in production Be hands-on in supporting any general office duties such as, filing, sending out samples, receiving deliveries Be professional and respectful in all aspects of your role

Required skills:

Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role or industry (manufacturing, interiors, construction etc.) Brilliant customer manner - you must be polite, helpful and enthusiastic Confident user of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel. Attention to detail is critical Numerate Time management Able to handle a varied work load and able to prioritise work load Ability to learn and adapt to change; a commitment to continuous improvement and a good work ethic

Pay: 24,500.00-29,000.00 per year
