We are seeking a motivated

Structural Steel Draughtsperson

to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a range of projects in the structural steel industry, working within a collaborative and supportive environment. We welcome applications from experienced professionals as well as recent graduates who are eager to develop their skills and grow within the role.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed CAD drawings for structural steel components and assemblies Interpret engineering and architectural drawings Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and fabrication teams Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and project specifications Update and revise drawings as required throughout the project lifecycle Maintain organised records of all drafts and revisions for future reference

Requirements

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar) Experience in structural steel detailing or a related field Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines Good communication and teamwork skills Experience with 3D modelling (desirable) Knowledge of fabrication processes and construction methods

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 07:45 - 16:30 Friday: 07:45 - 14:00
