Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their needs. Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves and arranging merchandise. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Strong organisational skills, ensuring that the sales area is tidy and well-stocked. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service excellence. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is beneficial but not required as training will be provided.
