Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and efficiently, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires a strong focus on hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for food service.

Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner. Ensure that all orders are accurate and presented beautifully. Assist in the preparation of meals as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen. Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow. Communicate effectively with guests regarding their orders and any special requests. Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, providing outstanding guest services. Support the team during busy periods by assisting with additional tasks as required.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. Experience in food preparation, cooking, or barista roles is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
