RESORT DRIVER

THE ROLE - RESORT DRIVER (32 Hours)

As Resort Driver, you will work as part of our large Guest Experience team. The main scope of your role is to provide transportation throughout the resort and local area, and shuttle guests from the airport and stations, as well as the provision of valet parking.

Some of the key duties you will be responsible for:

• Providing scheduled shuttle transfers resort wide
• Providing transfers and other offsite transport service
• Door hosting
• Valet parking
• Luggage services
• Guest Rooming support
• Handling guest feedback and enquiries
• Providing directions and recommendations
• Monitor and record the maintenance of cars including cleanliness, maintenance checks, refuelling and reporting any operating difficulties or damage which arises.

TO BE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY YOU WILL ALSO NEED:

Experience of working in hotel environment preferred, strong customer service experience essential.
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills verbally and in writing
Basic IT skills with knowledge of Office software and ability to use mobile phones and technology
Full clean UK Driving Licence
