We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full time 3.5 tonne Luton van driver to join our team. The delivery driver will carry out same-day deliveries across the UK. The role involves collecting and delivering goods safely and on time, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately. Drivers must have good road knowledge, a valid UK driving licence, and be confident handling goods carefully.

Responsibilities

Operate a 3.5 tonne luton vehicle for the safe transportation of goods to various locations. (Training will be given) please apply if you have some experience. Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while adhering to all traffic regulations and safety protocols. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition. Load and unload goods, utilising appropriate equipment and techniques to prevent damage. Maintain accurate records of deliveries. Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations and effective communication regarding delivery schedules.

Qualifications

Valid driving licence no more than 3 points MUST BE over 25 years Proven delivery driver experience is essential with a strong understanding of logistics and route planning. Previous warehouse experience is an advantage, providing familiarity with loading procedures. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with team members and clients. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards while on the road.
