JLC Waste Management is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as
Driver/ Loaders
. You'll play a key role in our collection operations, ensuring goods are loaded safely and efficiently from both residential and commercial sites. This role is ideal for someone physically fit, safety-conscious, and a team player.Role
Driver & Loader - 16/hr
Drive a 3.5-tonne cage van and assist with collections/ load
Key Responsibilities
Drive and operate a 3.5-tonne cage van (driver role only) Load and remove waste from various locations Work collaboratively in a small, supportive team Follow all health and safety procedures
Requirements
Full UK driving licence Confident navigating London (experience preferred) Physically fit - able to lift heavy loads repeatedly Steel cap boots (you must provide your own) Friendly, dependable, and a good communicator References required
What We Offer
Van provided PPE provided (excluding boots) Up to 40 hours/week (Minimum 20) Supportive and friendly working environment
