Job Summary



Coordinate vehicle collection bookings across DriveMe and other third-party platforms, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company processes. The role involves overseeing the full booking lifecycle, from job creation and approval through to completion, while liaising with internal teams, drivers, and third-party providers to resolve issues. By monitoring job progress, reporting damages, and tracking performance.

Responsibilities



Book jobs onto DriveMe and other third-party collection platforms using details from the dashboard (address, vehicle information, and client details). Ensure each job is approved by the relevant company. If approval is not granted, liaise with the buying team to arrange an alternative date or method of transport. Coordinate with third-party collection companies to confirm their drivers are following our processes. Review their reports, identify issues, and escalate them to the provider where necessary. Communicate with drivers to support them with collection requirements and oversee both pre- and post-collection processes. Monitor new jobs throughout the day, ensuring they are scheduled correctly, and confirm feasibility with the buying team. Report any unrecorded vehicle damage to the Manager Leader so claims can be raised with the third-party provider. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all bookings, communications, and outcomes. Track job progress throughout the day and proactively follow up on delayed or incomplete collections. Provide regular updates to team leader on booking volumes, collection performance, and recurring issues. Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting practical solutions. Build and maintain positive working relationships with drivers, third-party providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Skills



Strong mechanical knowledge to accurately assess vehicle or equipment condition. Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and client interactions. Good organisational skills with attention to detail during appraisals. Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.
