Key Responsibilities and Duties:

To manage and handle customer orders Load and unload delivery vans Help with general enquires from customers when delivering goods Ensure the delivery vehicles are kept clean and tidy Daily vehicle checks Ensure that the highest standard of customer service is maintained Planning routes according to delivery locations on a day. Card up flower deliveries if needed

Key Skills and Competencies:

Multi-drop delivery experience Previous experience in a customer facing role You are willing to develop and learn

A full, clean, driving license
