Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team (36 hours 7am - 2pm). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in goods driving and delivery services, ensuring the safe and timely transportation of goods. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
Duties
Operate vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Deliver goods to various locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and mechanical soundness. Assist with loading and unloading of goods, particularly on flatbed vehicles when required. Provide excellent customer service during all interactions.
Requirements
Valid driving licence. Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients.
