Role Overview

Vehicle Transport and Safety

: Safely transport vehicles between dealership locations, customer homes, and other destinations, ensuring secure loading and unloading.

Vehicle Preparation

: Assist with fuelling, cleaning, and basic maintenance to ensure vehicles are presented in a customer-ready condition.

Customer Service

: Provide excellent service during vehicle collections and deliveries, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Record Keeping and Documentation

: Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and complete necessary paperwork.

Vehicle Inspection and Reporting

: Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any maintenance issues to the Management Team.
