We are looking for drivers to join our team: Part-Time or Full-Time Minibus Drivers Wanted at East Surrey Dial A Ride

Are you looking for a rewarding role that makes a real difference in your community? East Surrey Dial A Ride, a trusted non-profit charity, is seeking friendly and reliable Minibus Drivers -- zero hours, part-time or full-time -- to help provide essential transport services to those who need it most. Previous experience is helpful but not essential, a willingness to provide a good and friendly service to our members is more important. Future work may involve school transport.

Flexible Hours to Suit You

1st option working hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and your working days and hours will be agreed with you around 2-4 weeks in advance 2nd option working hours: 6am to 2pm / 4pm Monday to Saturday to start in March Occasional evening or weekend shifts: up to 9pm or later Choose between a zero-hours contract or a fixed-hours contract -- we'll tailor the arrangement to fit your lifestyle.
Competitive Pay

Hourly rates from 12.21 to 13.68, depending on training and experience
What You'll Do

You will be responsible for transporting our passengers safely from their pick-up to drop off point and helping them on and off the bus and into their homes if needed, in our accessible minibuses. Offer a helping hand and friendly conversation to those who may be elderly or have mobility challenges Represent our charity with professionalism and compassion
Requirements

A clean D1 driving license is essential Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check -- as you'll be working with vulnerable individuals A caring attitude, good communication skills, and a reliable, punctual nature Training will be provided
