Grade: O
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 4 on 4 off shift pattern - Days OR Nights with varying start times.
Location: Derby - DE74 2BBDHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Class 1 driver to play a vital role in our distribution service.WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

  • Working 4 on 4 off shift pattern - Days OR Nights with varying start times. Working days vary due to rotation.
  • Outbound customer deliveries from base
  • Return customer loads to base.
  • Fast moving consumer goods environment
  • Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
  • Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations

  • Do you will hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card?
