About the role:

This role ensures the day-to-day support of Drivers, including conducting briefs and debriefs. You will also support and manage customer calls, assisting with a range of queries, as well as complete administrative tasks such as timesheets and risk assessments.

Key Role Responsibilities:

Facilitating inbound and outbound deliveries Driver brief and debrief with scanners Handling driver and customer queries Handling and sorting of parcels Data inputting and administrative duties Taking and managing customer calls

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent multi-tasking skills and be able to work well under pressure 1-2 years' experience working within the transportation or logistics industry is beneficial Excellent verbal and written communication Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
