Driver - Site Based

Location: Marshall Volkswagen Gatwick

Hours: 40 hours per week,

The Role

We are seeking a customer service-focused Driver to join our Volkswagen store in Gatwick. Reporting to the General Sales Manager, this customer-facing role will support both our service and sales operations. It offers a varied and dynamic working environment where no two days are the same. This position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Collect company and customer vehicles and deliver them to required locations.

Provide outstanding customer service when collecting and delivering customer vehicles.

Liaise with the Sales and Fleet Teams, moving vehicles on site at appropriate times.

Complete occasional valeting of vehicles as requested.

Ensure all driving operations are carried out to the highest safety standards and in accordance with road laws.

Required Skills and Experience

You will have a full clean UK driving licence, ideally with previous experience as a driver. You will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

A customer service focus with the ability to be the face of our business Strong organisation and time management skills to plan tasks and routes Excellent paperwork and IT skills
