About us at Champs Cafe is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Food self employed motorbike or scooter Delivery Driver to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders to our customers, providing excellent service and representing Champs Cafe in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver food orders from Champs Cafe to customers promptly and efficiently.

- Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

- Safely operate a personal vehicle and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.

- Communicate effectively with customers and cafe staff regarding order status, delivery times, and any potential delays.

- Handle payments and process transactions as needed.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.

- Assist with other duties at Champs Cafe as needed, such as packaging orders and handling customer inquiries.

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. With own vehicle this is a self employed position

- Must own a reliable and insured vehicle.

- Prior experience in food delivery or a similar role preferred.

- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

- Ability to navigate using GPS and read maps.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

- Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as food containers and delivery bags.

- Valid UK driving licence with a clean record

- Familiarity with local routes and areas for efficient deliveries

- Ability to drive and manoeuvre c safely

- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
