Ensuring the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times, the key responsibilities will include:

Arranging the collection and delivery of customers' vehicles Making pre service calls to customers the day prior to their appointments Supporting front of house every third Saturday by answering calls and welcoming customers. Maintaining excellent standards of departmental support
Working hours will be 08.00 - 18.00 Monday to Friday and 08.00 - 13.00 every third Saturday.

Required Experience:

A full clean UK driving license An understanding of exceptional customer service Ability to work as part of a team as well as an individual Good IT skills
