About Us

Peel Common Showroom in Fareham is a reputable used car dealership known for quality vehicles and excellent customer service. We are looking for a dependable and experienced Driver to collect vehicles from auctions and deliver sold cars to customers' homes

using our truck and trailer

Key Responsibilities

Collect vehicles from regional and national car auctions using our truck and trailer

Test drive vehicles on collection to ensure they are running correctly

Use an OBD diagnostic scanner to check for any fault codes before loading

Safely load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles Deliver sold vehicles to customers' homes in a professional manner Complete all necessary paperwork, logs, and collection/delivery notes Represent Peel Common Showroom professionally at all times

Be flexible with working hours -- some early starts, long days, and occasional overnight hotel stays for long-distance deliveries

Assist with general driving and vehicle movement duties when required

Requirements

Full UK driving licence Confident and experienced in towing with truck and trailer Ability to safely test drive and assess vehicle condition Basic understanding of OBD scanners and vehicle fault checks Professional, polite, and customer-focused attitude

Flexible with working hours and occasional overnight stays

Reliable, punctual, and able to manage routes efficiently Previous towing or vehicle transport experience preferred
