Overview

We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver (full time/part time) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial driving regulations, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate different types of vehicles, including flatbed lorries.

Duties

Safely operate company vehicles, including flatbed lorries Load and unload cargo with care, ensuring items are secured properly during transit Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure operational safety Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road Ability to handle delivery/collection paperwork Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Proven experience in commercial driving or as a delivery driver Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshoot issues Excellent communication skills Familiarity with delivery routes, traffic regulations, and safety procedures Experience operating flatbed vehicles

Requirements

Must be 30 years of age or older (required for insurance purposes) Full, clean driving licence Proven driving experience
