Care Hearted Oxfordshire Limited is seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting our domiciliary carers to and from clients' homes across Gloucestershire. This is an essential role that helps ensure the smooth delivery of care services to vulnerable individuals in the community.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to navigate varying driving conditions while maintaining punctuality and professionalism.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Transport domiciliary carers to designated locations within Gloucestershire in a timely and safe manner.
Ensure full adherence to UK traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
Maintain clear and accurate records of daily routes, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents.
Coordinate with the operations team to adapt to changing schedules and rota updates.
Support carers with basic logistics and directions where necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A valid UK driving licence.
Must have a vehicle for commuting
Previous driving experience is essential.
Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly approach.
Demonstrated commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, based on rota requirements.
