Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be driving our 3500kg light good tipper van. Able to tow plant and standard trailers if needed
Responsibilities
Operate and drive vehicles safely, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Load and unload goods, ensuring that items are secured properly for transport. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Communicate effectively with our contractors regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any concerns or questions from clients. Assist with on site duties, including labour works, cleaning of builders rubbish from sites. Collecting materials/goods from suppliers and delivering to our jobs/sites Willing to travel if needed
Qualifications
Valid driving licence with a clean driving record. Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Experience in driving with trailer (plant) if needed
Working Hours
8am -4.30pm Mon-Fri
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 80.00-100.00 per day
