Driver / Industrial Cleaner With Cscs Card
Job Description
H.I.C.S Ltd is an industrial cleaning company based in Wombourne, we have been trading since 1990.
The company is currently recruiting a full time driver/ supervisor who will work alongside our industrial cleaners on various contracts we hold with in the Midlands and surrounding areas.
The position requires the applicant to drive one of our company van's. The van will be used to transport both the applicant and industrial cleaners to and from contracts we are currently working on. No experience is necessary as the supervisor will undergo training, willingness to work and a can do attitude is essential to the role.
Our standard site working hours are between the hours of 7:30am - 4:00pm with the occasional weekend/bank holiday to suit the needs of the business. Weekend/Bank Holiday working will be paid at a higher rate.
As a supervisor your main duties include but are not limited to the following:
Transporting operatives to and from site using the company vehicle. Liaising with site managers. Completing daily work sheets advising of completed work. Working with and motivating a team of industrial cleaners. Cleaning duties: Window cleaning, builders cleaning, sparkle cleaning, jet washing, (to be discussed in more depth at interview) Attendance of on site safety inductions. Loading and unloading company vehicle with cleaning equipment. Completion of relevant health and safety paperwork.
Necessary Requirement's For The Role:
Valid in date CSCS card - This is a requirement all building sites now insist as mandatory. Full UK driving license. You must be located within a 4 mile radius of our office WV5 0AL due to pick up and collection of our current employees who live within or around the Wolverhampton area.
