Origins 1450 is a diverse group of coffee and hospitality brands operating across the value chain -- from farm to cup. Our portfolio includes Jampot Coffee Co. (roastery & wholesale), Qima Cafe and The Gentlemen Baristas (retail cafes), and our wholesale bakery & patisserie central kitchen supplying both our own brands and external clients.

We are seeking reliable, organised, and professional Drivers to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring our products reach our customers and sites on time and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver roasted coffee and related items from Jampot Coffee Co. to clients across and around London. Deliver coffee, bakery products, and supplies to our own brands (Qima Cafe and The Gentlemen Baristas). Collect and deliver pastry and bakery products from our wholesale bakery to our cafes and wholesale customers. Safely transport and deliver goods and equipment for events, equipment servicing/maintenance, and other ad hoc needs. Track delivery times, routes, and performance data using GPS and route-tracking tools. Ensure all deliveries are accurate, timely, and meet the quality and safety standards of the organisation. Maintain delivery logs, signed delivery notes, and other relevant documentation. Carry out basic vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tyres, cleanliness) and report any issues promptly. Uphold a professional, courteous attitude as a representative of the company.
Skills & Requirements

Valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record. Previous experience in a delivery or driving role (hospitality/food sector preferred). Good knowledge of London routes and wider UK delivery networks. Ability to lift, load, and unload goods safely (coffee sacks, bakery boxes, equipment). Strong time management skills and reliability. Good communication and customer service skills. Flexibility to support additional runs or ad hoc deliveries as required.
Working Hours

Shifts typically begin between 5:00am and 6:00am to ensure early morning deliveries (especially bakery products) reach clients and cafes on time. Standard full-time hours apply, with occasional evening or weekend work for events or ad hoc requirements. Part-time options are available, depending on business needs.
