Drivers Mate / Business Partner (Self-Employed) - Fife

I'm looking for a reliable, hard-working drivers mate to help run and grow a man & van business. This is self-employed, freelance work - ideal for someone who wants to graft, earn fairly, and build something rather than just clock in and out.

This is not an employed role. You invoice weekly for the work you do and are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance.

The Role

Assisting with man & van jobs (house moves, collections, deliveries, clearances)

Loading and unloading the van (must be physically fit)

Helping plan jobs and work efficiently on shift

Representing he business professionally with customers

Optional but valuable: finding work / promoting the business via social media or contacts

Working Pattern

Monday to Thursday only

Friday to Sunday OFF every week

Work is not guaranteed - you are paid only for the jobs worked

Commitment to being available Monday-Thursday is essential

Pay

50% profit split per shift

Daily expenses (fuel, disposal fees, etc.) are deducted first

Paid weekly by invoice

The more we earn, the more you earn

If you bring in jobs (especially via social media), you make more money.

This is designed to be fair and transparent - we both win or lose together.

No driving licence required

No startup money needed

Must be physically fit

Reliable, punctual, and willing to graft

Comfortable dealing with customers

Willing to treat this like your own business, not just a job

This is a partnership-style role, not a casual helper position. I'm looking for someone who:
