Location: Rotherham

Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off

Shift times: Various during mornings and evenings (split shift)

Rate/Salary: 12.21 per hour based on average 28 hours per week

We have an opportunity available to join Constant Security Services working as a split shift driver. You will be required to travel within local areas such as Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley and Doncaster, but also willing to drive longer distances to areas such as Lancashire, West Midlands, North East etc.

There will be a requirement for you to attend the head office in Mexborough to collect/return the company vehicle at the beginning and end of each set of shifts. There is the option of leaving your personal vehicle whilst working at our car park which is monitored 24 hours a day.

The standard rota is working on a 4 on 4 off basis, where you will work hours during the morning and then also during the late afternoon/early evening on a split shift basis. This will provide an average of 28-30 hours per week.

Some of the duties will include:

Transporting officers to and from sites

Regular inspections of all vehicles before use

Regular check calls to our control room

Maintaining that all incidents are logged and reported to the control room

Ensuring Health and Safety polices are adhered to

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

5 year+ checkable work history in line with BS 7858

Smart and presentable portraying a professional image

Excellent time management skills

Calm at working under pressure

A dynamic decision maker
