As a growing business, we have a new and exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our team. Based at our site in Pershore, this role will have responsibility of managing the Service, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance departments with four direct reports at supervisory level. You will manage budgets, monitor performance and drive quality standards across the business.

Job Details:

To safely and efficiently deliver, commercial catering equipment to customer sites, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism while representing the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver commercial catering equipment to customer sites across the UK.

Assist with loading and unloading of equipment, ensuring all items are secure and handled safely.

Carry out pre- and post-delivery vehicle checks and report any issues.

Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures.

Communicate effectively with the logistics team and customers regarding deliveries.

Adhere to all road safety regulations and company driving policies.

Report any delivery issues, accidents, or delays promptly.

Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good working condition.

Experience Required:

Clean valid UK driving license.

Proven driving experience, ideally in a commercial or logistics setting.

Ability to lift heavy equipment safely.

Strong customer service skills and professional attitude.

Good understanding of safe handling.

Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.

Ability to use smartphones or handheld devices for delivery tracking.

Flexibility to travel to various locations within the UK with occasional requirement to stay overnight.
