We are a specialist removals company helping customers relocate to destinations across

Europe, the US, Asia, and Africa

. Unlike everyday domestic movers, we focus exclusively on international relocations and export packing.

We're now looking for a passionate and eager-to-learn

Crew Leader / Driver

to join our small, close-knit team.

What you'll be doing:

Driving and assisting with

collections and export packing

across the UK. Handling goods returned from Europe, repacking, and preparing them for

air freight or container shipping

. Moving boxes and furniture (with support provided for heavier items). Ensuring safe, secure, and professional packing and loading. Leading on-site operations and coordinating with porters/customers.

What we're looking for:

Physically fit and hands-on, with a positive attitude. Organised, reliable, and willing to learn international export packing techniques. Flexible with working hours - standard days are

08:00 - 17:00

, but some early starts may be required. Previous experience in removals, but not essential (full training provided).
