We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Transport Driver to join SKV Motors. The role involves collecting and delivering vehicles using either a flatbed recovery truck or truck and trailer. You will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles between sites, customers, and auctions, ensuring all movements are completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Safely collect and deliver vehicles using a flatbed truck or trailer.
Load and secure vehicles correctly to prevent damage during transport.
Carry out vehicle collections from customers, auctions, and other locations.
Complete paperwork and record-keeping for all jobs.
Conduct basic vehicle and equipment checks before each journey.
Represent the business in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
Requirements
Proven experience driving a flatbed recovery truck and/or truck with trailer.
Full UK driving licence (with trailer entitlement essential; HGV Class 1 an advantage).
Strong knowledge of safe vehicle loading, strapping, and transport procedures.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Pay: 100.00 per day
