Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Manage and handle customer orders and the associated admin (ie. Delivery confirmation emails) Load and unload delivery vans Help with general enquires from customers when delivering goods Picking stock orders for delivery Heavy lifting depending on product types Ensure the delivery vehicles are kept clean and tidy Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks Support the supervisor and team members with the operational requirements of the department Ensure that the highest standard of customer service is maintained Supporting other areas of the Garden Centre when necessary - i.e. Warehouse/Goods In

Key Skills and Competencies:

A full, clean manual driving license

Multi-drop delivery experience Previous experience in a customer facing role * You are willing to develop and learn
