About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable, experienced driver to join our team. This role is temp to perm, with opportunities to transition to a permanent position for the right candidate. The role involves business-to-business collections and deliveries. Customer service is essential, as well as a professional and presentable appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete collections/deliveries in south east and surrounding areas (e.g., Spalding, Kent)

Adapt to different routes when required, depending on staffing needs

Provide friendly, efficient customer service

Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness and ensure it is well-looked after

Perform minimal warehouse duties, including loading the vehicle and validating order checks

Start at 05-06:00am Mon, Tuesday and 8am Wed-Friday, departing for either city or out-of-town routes

Physically load vehicles, ensuring accuracy and safety

- Laboratory technician duties when not out doing collections/deliveries

Requirements:

Proven experience in delivery driving, advantageous but not essential

Good communication skills and a positive attitude

Physically fit and capable of manual loading

Presentable, reliable, and adaptable

Flexibility with start times and overtime (occasionally exceeding 37.5 hours)
