Your Care Team LTD is seeking a reliable and caring Driver to support the safe transport of adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to and from our day service in Bradford.

You'll play an important part in ensuring our service users arrive safely and comfortably, while promoting independence and dignity. The role is ideal for someone who takes pride in providing high-quality support and enjoys working with people.

Key Responsibilities

Safely transport service users between their homes, our service centre, and community activities Provide support with boarding and disembarking vehicles (including wheelchair users) Complete visual checks of the vehicle before use and maintain cleanliness Assist support staff whenever required during transport Attend mandatory training (e.g. safeguarding, manual handling, first aid) Ensure all journeys are documented in line with our policies
Requirements

Full UK driving licence (clean) Experience driving 9-seater minibuses / accessible vehicles preferred (D1 not essential, but desirable) Friendly, patient, and reliable manner Ability to work as part of a team and independently Enhanced DBS check required
