At Riverside Wakefield Ltd, we are now seeing an enthusiastic individual for the full time role of

Driver

to support our experienced teams to deliver the highest quality of service to our customers. You will work Monday to Friday.

At Volvo Wakefield, you will be a member of a busy, successful team, ensuring that every vehicle is presented in immaculate condition, and that any faults or flaws are located and rectified before being handed over to the customer.

As authorised Volvo, SEAT, Cupra, Honda, BYD & Used Car dealers, we have specialist Sales Executives, Aftersales Advisors and Technicians to assist our customers with any query that they may have.

The Role - What you'll be doing;

Every day, you will interact with a variety of cars...

- Guarantee customer transport options are fulfilled in a polite and effective manner, including the collection and delivery of vehicles to and from the site.

- Additionally, you will carry out initial inspections of vehicles collected or delivered to site in line with Brand and Company specifications and standards, reporting any defects to appropriate management.

- Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction

Qualifications:

- A customer centric approach, constantly striving to deliver service above customer expectations

- Preferably, you will have past experience of service driving

- A flexible and dynamic approach with the capacity to adjust to shifting priorities.

- Excellent attention to detail

- Trustworthy, reliable and outgoing, you will be a strong team player with exceptional interpersonal skills

- A driving licence free from excessive penalties
