Clearout Group is growing, and we're looking for a reliable, organised, and customer-focused driver to join our team. We provide responsible and affordable clearance services to households and businesses - and as a key frontline representative, you'll play an important role in delivering that service with professionalism and care.

This is more than just a driving & labourer role. You'll be the face of CLEAROUT Group, helping to maintain our strong reputation and ensure customers receive a respectful and efficient waste collection experience.

The Role

As a driver at CLEAROUT Group, you'll be responsible for collecting and disposing of waste from homes and businesses using company vehicles. You'll work alongside our operations team to complete scheduled jobs and ensure collections are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with all relevant regulations.

You'll need to be customer-facing, presentable, and organised--someone who takes pride in doing the job properly and upholding our values in a customer-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

Drive company vehicles to collect, load, and transport waste and clearance items from customer locations to be dropped off at waste transfer stations. Represent CLEAROUT Group in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner. Follow scheduled routes and work with the team to complete jobs on time. Liaise with customers on-site and ensure all services are delivered with care and respect. Adhere to safety guidelines and waste disposal regulations at all times. Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle. Report any incidents, delays, or operational issues to the team promptly. Accurately complete job documentation or digital records using our systems.

What We're Looking For

Full, valid UK driving licence (manual licence required) Previous driving or delivery experience preferred, but not essential Excellent customer service and communication skills Punctual, reliable, and presentable at all times Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and manual work A positive attitude and a team-player approach Organised and able to manage time and tasks efficiently Basic understanding of health & safety and manual handling procedures Respectful, professional, and committed to upholding company values on-site
