Cleaner/Driver

The Position

Driver for one of our vans to transport staff and equipment to site from Derby on a daily basis.

Normal working hours can be Monday - Friday 0800-1730, some flexibility may be required

Flexi time will also be available upon request

Whilst onsite you will be required to clean new build homes for a corporate contract in Market Harborough & Leicestershire area.

Duties will include

Preparing houses internally for painters after builders have completed new build homes (removal of excess plaster, general clean up removing tape and detailing from windows and frames)

Show homes cleans.

Cabin cleans including site office, canteens and toilet blocks

Window cleaning via pole and traditional methods (training given so previous experience not required)

The Candidate

Experience in commercial or residential cleaning Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products Ability to work efficiently and independently as well as part of a team Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks Physical stamina and ability to lift and move objects Excellent time management skills Strong communication skills Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services is a plus A Minimum of 5 year driving experience is essential, and access to your own vehicle to get to and from the site if required, which needs to be evidenced as part of the recruitment process. CSCS Card Labour card minimum requirement (preferred but not essential)
This is a 3 month contract with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
