Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner/Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the dealership, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. . Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation are essential for interacting with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

In addition to site cleaning and general maintenance the role will also include driving to include picking up and dropping off of cars for various works, occasional collection and delivery of cars and general help in the sales and service department so a full clean driving licence is essential.

Other duties will include washing off cars on display when required and also help maintain a clean well presented display of cars.

Hours of work are 8-30 to 5pm Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised according to established protocols. Manage waste disposal and recycling processes effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client queries with professionalism. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Ability to communicate effectively in English, Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner. Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently. A valid driving licence for roles requiring travel between locations. A proactive attitude towards work and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
