The candidate we are looking for will be required to learn three different roles within our business to provide a multi skilled individual to support with our business need.
Driver:
Our Driving role will require you to work closely with our visiting Clinician creating a visiting team to attend home visits for patients in the Buckinghamshire area, you will have a number duties and responsibilities which will include medicine management to carrying out checks for the vehicle you will be driving
.
Receptionist:
Our reception role You will be the face of our out of hours services being the first person our patients see after their journey via telephone through the pathway. You will be required to represent our business and our company values while delivering a positive patient experience. You will have a number of duties and responsibilities from arriving a patient into our service via our IT platform to stock checks and chaperoning.
Despatcher:
Our Despatcher role will require you to work amongst our call centre team. The role will be assisting our shift manager, managing patients over the phone, booking appointments and safety calling to ensure we striving for an efficient and safe service.

Essential skills / knowledge:
GCSE or equivalent grade "C" and above in English and Maths
Good driving skills and ideally clean driving licence
Effective telephone manner
Good Organisational & administration skills
Previous driving experience
Relevant computer skills and familiarity with word/ email packages
Good local geographic knowledge
Age restrictions may apply to driving roles
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: 12.60-13.20 per hour
