Job Summary

We are seeking a Driver to join our team, who would be happy to get involved with mechanical fitting / assembly of our machines when not driving.

Responsibilities:

Operate delivery vehicles, including flatbed lorries, to transport materials as required Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors regarding project status and any issues encountered Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance Assist with tradestand set-up Assemble and fit components according to specifications and drawings when not driving

Experience

:

A valid, full UK clean driving license essential Commercial driving experience is highly desirable, particularly with flatbed vehicles Proven warehouse experience is preferred, demonstrating an understanding of logistics and handling Strong communication skills to facilitate teamwork and project coordination A forklift license would be advantageous Previous experience as a Fitter or in a similar mechanical role is preferred
