We are currently recruiting a '

Driver/Handyman.Women'

to work within our Projects.

This position has split duties (ie mini bus driver for our programmes/Out of School Service for 1 hour per afternoon', and the Handyman.Women element to assist with property maintainance and decoration etc as required.*

We are looking for a multi-skilled, practical and approachable person to join our team. The successful candidate would drive the minibus for our POMP Out of School Childcare Service, including school drop off's in the morning when required, along with school pick up's each afternoon (Mon-Fri). Driver should have clean and up-to-date Driving Licence.

He/she would also have experience of carrying out general & remedial repairs. Perform maintenance works for both internal and external aspects of the buildings, amenities, common areas. Perform repairs, installations of fixtures and appliances, and replacement of damaged systems

Skills such as the following would be desirable: Plumbing / Painting & decorating to a good standard / Tiling / Plastering etc

Essential Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in Handyman roles / Good communication skills / Trustworthy / Professional, with good time keeping / Presentable appearance / Ability to work on own initiative / A basic knowledge of email/calendars.

The appointment will be subject to satisfactory references and Disclosure/PVG Check.
